Each pillow includes a 2 year limited warranty.

Because pillows are very personal and do not have a tryout period they are not returnable.

My Ideal Pillow™ guarantees your pillow will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the specified warranty period above, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You may contact My Ideal Pillow's Customer Service Department by calling toll-free 1-800-339-9913. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
